Ingredients
300g broccoli
4 eggs
1 chopped onion
5ml salt
5ml pepper
5ml garlic
100ml grated cheese
tablespoon smooth cottage cheese
Method
Cut the broccoli into florets and grate them all.
Mix the eggs, onion, salt, pepper, garlic, cheese and cottage cheese into the broccoli until well mixed.
Add some olive oil to a frying pan and spread it with the help of a cooking brush.
Add mix to frying pan and press lightly with the back of a spoon to cover the whole pan.
Cover with lid and cook for 7 minutes
Loosen the omelette from the base of the frying pan. Cover the frying pan with a dish and turn around the omelette into the dish. Slide it back into the frying pan, cover with a lid and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
