| Duties and Responsibilities: Stock control of fresh produce (in and out) Cold room flow control Equipment management Weight temperature humidity checks Oversee machinery and cold room maintenance Report daily operations to management Implementation of new processes Other general admin duties Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar working environment Knowledge of fresh produce processing (i.e., Brassica) advantages Minimum 3 years supervisory experience Work with minimum supervision Clear criminal Record Skills: Excellent computer skills (i.e., MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) Strong attention to detail Strong conflict handlings skills Excellent communication skills Fluent in Afrikaans and English | Duties and Responsibilities: Receiving and analysing of QC checks of incoming produce Report QC results to management, the General Operative and Farmers Responsible for all in process and final product quality checks Sampling and other data gathering Other general admin duties Requirements: Advanced QC knowledge of Fresh Produce Minimum 1 year QC experience Work with minimum supervision Clear criminal Record Skills: Excellent computer skills (i.e., MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Fluent in Afrikaans and English |
