Ingredients
1 broccoli head
500 g pasta of your choice
1 chopped onion
5ml salt
2,5 ml fine black pepper
5ml garlic
200ml grated Mozarella cheese
250 ml cream
15 ml of milk
15 ml butter/coconut oil
Method
Cook the pasta (add a teaspoon of olive oil to the water)
Cut the broccoli into florets.
Add a cup of water and 15 ml milk into a pot and add the florets. Steam broccoli until soft but still crispy green in a mixture.
Prepare pan with 15 ml of butter/coconut oil and add garlic and onion. Fry the onions over medium heat until translucent.
Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir until well mixed.
Add the cream, Mozarella cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
Lastly add the cooked pasta and mix well.
Alternative
Should you wish to add meat you can add chicken or beef strips.
